Technical regulations on the march…

Federal statute FZ No. 184 "About technical regulations", which has become effective since the middle of 2003, opens a new era of regulation processes of planning and surveying in road industry. The statute generally meets the actual requirements — first of all in terms of harmonisation of Russian and world regulations in the context of general globalisation process. But this process with its 11 years history still continues to cause a lot of burning debates.
