Effective data management at all stages of road life cycle

The article considers an interaction between the participants of different processes within a road life cycle. It gives an example of a typical interaction, which necessitates a huge costs for recreation of the needed part of information model at the turn of many stages of interaction and ineffective application of engineer's creative resources. Also it discusses the possible way of interaction using a unified road model, which can considerably increase quality and speed of work execution at all stages of a life cycle.
